Pre production- Checklist for filming projects involving human participation - Status (Incomplete)- 10/02/2015

This is a form that us as a group need to fill out, we will the know whether our project needs to be submitted for a faculty report, we must do this before filming commences, so hopefully we can do this tomorrow (11/02/2015) so that we can continue to move forward with the production of our short film.
