This film is about a young boy who is living in poverty or neglect, he has to walk around in untidy clothes, he feels jealousy when the young boy who sits by him has better shoes than him, although the boy then gets picked up by his parent/carer in a wheelchair, While the boy in the tatty shoes is running around jumping and playing, i believe the moral is, be yourself and not to wish you could have someone elses life, although it may seem idealistic on first impressions, you don't know the inns and outs and should not judge.
